Dear Colleagues, Clients and Partners,
Thanks for your condolence and concerns about the earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan province. Right now Chinese government is taking all measures in Wenchuan and the surrounding territories to save lives and re-establish infrastructure while weather makes rescue very challenging.
All IDP operating offices report no damage during the earthquake, including our Chengdu franchise office. We will apply safety principles and be alert to any report from earthquake management bureau making sure that staffs and families are in safe status.
We are sad about the casulties reported during the earthquake however life will continue strong with all the supports and good wishes from all over the world. Major charity organizations responsed promptly to organize all kinds of donation. Being a part of community, IDP China staffs already organized internal donation over the past 3 days, this is a demonstration of our corporate shared value. Donated fund will be sent to Chinese Redcross Association today and we encourage staffs and families continue their help via other channels.
All IDP China operating offices continue work as normal.
